Today  I went to a Tampa Bay Lady Bloggers Cookie Swap! OhMyGoodness. So many cookies! I have been busy cooking these Chocolate Chip Cookies from Cup of Joe (ie. one of my fave blogs). Unfortunately when I went to make the dough I didn’t have any cake flour so I swapped it out with AP flour. I did use the bread flour though. The rest of it I kept the same except I used Ghirdelli semi sweet chocolate chips instead of chocolate bark. Also, I think my oven just sucks and they didn’t come out with the crispy edges like they did in the blog.

We each baked 2-3 cookies per atendee plus an extra tray for tasting the cookies.

We voted on the best tasting, best looking, neatest ingredient, and best over all cookie. Here is the hostess reading the winners.

Then we were given bags and  boxes in order to put together large goodie bags of cookies to take home. Don’t ask me what I am gonna do with 100 cookies that I now have.

I know it’s the end of the year because time is just flying by. I can’t believe another Sunday Smiles is upon us. So here we go!

Hanukkah is over but that doesn’t mean I don’t like to look at gift guides. I want all these books on this Holiday Cookbook Guide…or this one.
